It's me again!
This time, I am hoping that someone out there has a billing system in place
that allows the library to charge back to the patrons. We presently use
Quickdoc, which will generate Patron Bills for ILL's filled.
We would like to start charging for SDI's, mediated searches, pulls,
photocopies, etc. and would like to have a billing system in place that
would generate one invoice per patron, or department, or something to
that extent. Our computer consultants feel confident that they can
design a program for us, but would rather not reinvent the wheel.
I know this thread has appeared before through discussions about
prepayment for ILL's, etc. I am hoping that someone has pulled this all
together; however, any comments or suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks again for being out there!
Lori
