I sent a message to this group 2 weeks ago about the Procomm for Windows
printing problem we were having - namely, that we couldn't print in fast,
draft-quality mode. Finally, after much dithering with Tech Support, here's
the answer:
Click on Online Capture
Send to LPT1.cap (that's a number one after the T) file
(you'll have to go to setup to get it to prompt you for the name of the
capture files), then click on OK
When you click Online Capture again, the printer will jump into action.

This works with Windows 3.11 and Win95 and Epson and Okidata printers for us.

Email me if you have questions... I love being able to finally send a solution!
