send mail to [log in to unmask] (or [log in to unmask]) containing
the single line of text:

        subscribe dissent Your Real Name

For example, derek would write:

        subscribe dissent Derek R. Fredrickson

Listproc is very smart. It can figure out what your email address is. But
as Derek points out, it is not so smart that it knows which of the 400 or
so lists available at uvm you want to subscribe to.
