1) Query feature nearly fully functional.

2) Update appears to work:

        a) Use Query to display select list of problems (like your own)
        b) Press Update button associated with record to be updated
        c) fill in the blanks

3) Work to be done:

        a) need to add a "search for Closed/Open" field in query
        b) need to figure out how to send email to consultant when they
           are assigned a problem

Gripe time:

OK, kids -- I busted my butt to make this happen. Record entry has been
available since 9-20-96. So far, out of 20 records entered into the
database,

        15 entered by SJC
         4 entered by Help Line
         1 entered by DSV

Am I wasting my time?
