Both the Problem Entry form (http://mole.uvm.edu/cit/ProblemEntry.html) and
the Problem Query form (http://mole.uvm.edu/cit/ProblemQuery.html) now
feature email notification. Works like this:

o enter a problem, select a consultant
o press submit
o see confirmation, auto-constructed email message
o either select browser "back" button to enter new problem

        OR

  select the "Send mail to...." to send the auto-constructed message to the
  specified consultant.

Same deal with the Update forms. This can facilitate the transfer of
ownership of problems from one cat to another.
