Dear Kim,
with respect to the stable sulfur isotope analysis of hydrogen
sulfide:
You just have to trap the gas quantitatively (!!!) in an aqueous
solution of Cd-acetate (or Cd-formiate). You
have to convert the CdS into Ag2S (addition of AgNO3 solution) and
convert it into SO2 in the classical way for a double-inlet
maschine (V2O5) or use it directly for combustion if you have a C-
irmMS system.
Cheers
Michael
