Dear Simon:

The Analytical Quality Control Services of the IAEA in Vienna offer a
standard water IAEA 302 A with a del 2-H value of approx. +500 per mil and a
second standard water IAEA 302 B with a del 2-H value of approx. +1000 per
mil. The description of the material and a compilation of the results from
isotopic measurements of ten different laboratories along with the
recommended del 2-H values is summarized in the following report:
