Hi everyone, the time for the forum on the rapes etc., that are happening 
on campus is 7pm on Monday, November 18, 1996 in Billings North Lounge.  
The flyer reads:
  Do you feel safe?  Recently rumors have been spreading about a number o 
frapes occuring on campus.  Questions have arisen about how and when 
these events have occured.  Many of us have voiced our frustration and 
concern about the response of campus administatiors and Police Services 
addressing this problem.  Join us on Monday, November 18, 1996 at 7 pm in 
Billings North Lounge.  For an open microphone seesion.  This is your 
opportunity to voice your concerns to various faculty and staff from 
different campus offices.  Find out what the university is doing and what 
you can do to help solve this proble which affects us.
