fibula free flaps? i need to know! are they really doing vascularized free
bone flaps? are they doing the vascular anastomoses? i presume these are
based on the peroneal artery and are made to reconstruct mandible, am i
right? i hesitate letting our e.n.t. colleagues know about this, lest we be
faced with the problem of preop evaluation!
joe
