Our positions are indexed against a base that used to be tuition, but now is
somewhat less than that amount.  Our current base is $702 per quarter.
Positions are at 1.3 (assistant coordinators), 1.5 (program coordinators),
2.0 (directors and vp's), 3.0 (president).  Thus the president's academic
year salary is $2,106 per quarter or $6,318 per year, plus $70 for two days
of fall orientation/training.  That position is also first in line for the
summer executive position which is prorated for 13 weeks at $2,738.  There
are 59 positions on this schedule with a total annual payroll of about
$250,000 inlcuding 3% benefits.
