measurements" by Stefan Carter with Eugene R. Hamel in Bernstein's book:
Vascular Diagnosis.

Dr. Carter addresses a number of issues including sections specifically
addressing the effect of rigidity of the arterial wall on pressures in
the
limb and the toe; foot pressures, toe pressures and skin pressures.
