Debbie,
If a patient has non-compressible pressures at rest, walking or any
stress method will not make them compressible. So, no, you will not
see a drop or any change other than maybe symptoms and the waveforms
will change. My opinion, for what it's worth, routine exercize for
arterial disease is overkill.

Dear Flownetters
We ambulate patients when we do arterial studies. Is there any point in
walking someone who has non-compressable vessels? Will they drop? Are they
suppose to? This is the first time I have worked at a place where they
exercise routinely.
Thanks, Debbie Mansfield
