I would  like to make a bold request.  

I am seeking a learning position as a vascular sonographer.  I would be more
than happy to explore any working relationship in which I could serve as a
useful member of a hospital or vascular office staff while developing my
professional skills.  
This request is generated  from a passion for the field. Having worked as a
generalist  ultrasound technician since graduating from school last year, I
know that vascular sonography is the specialty  I want to pursue.  Getting
hands on experience has been difficult in New York City because of academic
affiliations with teaching hospitals.  I would be happy to relocate anywhere
in the US  to get adequate training.
