Greetings,
From the sunny (or rainy today) south. As an educator I am
constantly looking to challenge my students. Well, one of the
challenges has been for my clinical sites to come up with a weekly
question. They recently threw me a curve ball and I would love some
input.
The question was - What are considered normal carotid velocities in
infants? I followed the question with one of my own as to the use for
such data and the answer from the clinic was that one of the
physicians wanted this information and they were not sure why. After
introspection, as I never let my first impression of a question color
my drive for the answer, I decided maybe the netters could help out.
Your comments are welcomed, have a great day.
