This is a reminder that the Center for Research on Vermont invites
you to attend a free, public presentation, "The Past Is Not
Necessarily a Foreign Country: The Importance of Teaching Vermont,"
by Middlebury College Professor of Art History Glenn Andres.

The illustrated presentation, which is a part of the Center's Annual
Meeting, will take place on Wednesday, April 30, 1997, at 7:30 P.M.,
in Memorial Lounge on the main floor of the Waterman Building at the
University of Vermont.
