Dr. Judith Ramaley asked that we share with you the Web address for the 
Kellogg Commission on the Future of State and Land-Grant Universities. It 
is http://www.intervisage.com/Kellogg/   At a meeting with administrators 
yesterday, she specifically referred to the "Returning to Our Roots. The 
Student Experience" report, which can be found under "Reports and 
Publications" on the Web page. Of special note is "A Statement of 
Principles to Guide Academic Reform" under the "Executive Summary" link. 
Dr. Ramaley is a member of the commission. Please don't hesitate to call
