        For screening (e.g.. post op) a limited "r/o dvt" study may be adequate.

        A diagnostic study (symptomatic patient) requires a comprehensive venous
exam. Would any of you care to share your comprehensive protocol for the
work-up of lower extremity complaints? Do you use the rapid cuff deflator?
