One of the techs here attended a seminar where the speaker stated that
when performing a non-invasive venous study for dvt you need not bother
with the proximal compressions for incompence. The question was then put
to me - can we drop compression manuevers for incompetence from our
protocol. I'm not sure that's such a good idea since it's added info
with little effort... but i'm wondering .. what is every one else doing?
