If you did not include a "primary" reference for this article, Sue is
marking them "resubmit."  To get full credit you will need to
resubmit with at least one (1) primary reference related to
understanding ocean fisheries.  "Primary" means that it is an
original result of observations or experiments that is being
reported.  In other words, it's a report of original scientific
research.
