Does anyone have the 128 bit strong encryption version of Netscape 3.0.4
available? I can't download a copy from Netscape because:

1. my computer isn't in the UVM DNS, which is SOP and okay but which also
prevents me from downloading the software directly.

2. Lynx on Zoo doesn't handle HTTPS tags, so I can't download it to Zoo
since you have to fill out this dang form before you can get access.
