Several years ago, I saw a video about the do's and don't of answering
consumer health reference questions from the public. The film had a
segment about an elderly man calling the public library and wanting some
information about a drug that the doctor had prescribed. The librarian had
trouble understanding him because the man had trouble speaking English
(English was his second language). The librarian was trying to identify the
drug in the PDR. Does anyone remember this video and anything about where
we could get a copy? I appreciate any help! Please contact me directly.
Thanks.
