When I wrote earlier about the Local Holding Limit not being available
via Telnet or the Web, I should have made clear that I was talking about
our fixed fee account, where we access Ovid's computer in Utah. An
inquiry to Ovid confirmed that the fixed fee accounts do not have
Holding Limits capability. Sorry if I confused the people with locally
mounted systems, who can use that limit.
