If you are a hospital and have been surveyed by JCAHO within the past 6
months or will be surveyed by JCAHO by
June, 1998, would you send me your hospital name, hospital telephone
number, number of beds, and JCAHO survey
date?  We are due to be surveyed in July, 1998 and it is possible some
of our department managers might like to
contact their counterparts prior to our survey.  TIA,
