Judy, I am not sure whether you talk about a service which indexes abstracts
or a service which provides them in "full text" (which consists usually of
only one paragraph anyway).
Biosis references lots of meeting papers but they usually provide only title
and source of the paper which is not of much help if you want to know more
about the study.
My primary source of full meeting abstracts is the British Library. Although
meeting abstracts are notoriously difficult to trace, they have a vast
collection of them. You can check at Dialog database 65 whether they would
have a certain paper or not (as far as I remember, every record in this
database represents one whole conference rather than a particular paper, but
I might be mistaken - in any case you find out whether they supply papers
from a particular conference or not).
I am not sure how practical dealing with the British Library is from Canada,
but I have always perceived the services they offer as really excellent with
regards to speed, reliability and flexibility and they claim (with
credibility, I think) to have the biggest collection of documents in the
