I'm looking for literature that would show evidence that snow boarding
injuries include spinal cord injuries/ fractures. I've tried Medline,
EMBASE & Current Contents and no mention of sci.  There have been a
number of sci cases since Jan. in our local hospital and the doc finds
it hard to believe that I can't find anything of note.

It doesn't seem like a particularly hard search or strategy, so perhaps
fellow searchers can let me know what I'm missing.
