There's an article entitled "Different slopes" by Christopher Van
Tilburg
It's about the sport, injuries, and EMS care. They list some decent
looking references also. Sorry, I can't offer this, because I don't do
the ILLs here, but I'm sure you can order through regular ILL channels.
