Dear Fellow Senators and The Executive Branch,
The issue of recognition of VPIRG seems to be a very crucial issue in the
minds of many Senators including myself. I think that it would be in the
best interest of the Senate to provide a memo to all senators explaining
VPIRG and the issues at stake. And I also believe that this question
warrants an extensive forum of discussion prior to any decision and if the
Senate requires tabling the issue, than so be it. Just some procedural
concerns.
Sen. R.A. Pontbriand.
