Dear Senator Mullen,

I ask you this simple question: In the event of an impeachable offense by
a member of the Senate or Executive would you feel ethically comfortable
having a Senate Investigation Committee probe into your record, character,
and behavior? And, Senator, exactly how would an oath give us something
tangible to hold each other to, when we already have a Constitution with
Provisions to do just that?? We need to execute the Constitution not add
more amendments to it of the nature that Sen. Luti is proposing.

Sen. Pontbriand.
