It would be nice to think that the university could find
a CLIO who would swing down from the sky, wave a magic
wand, and POOF ! all of our "information technology"
problems go away.

I suggested to the search committee that the problem is
not technology and not even "information technology" but
something more like knowledge and understanding.

Maybe there really is something about turning the
university into a "learning organization" after all ?
