John, We have had the NEMRC Land Records Software since 1994 and find it
very efficient to use. Prior to that I used a hand written day log - it was
lots of work and very time consuming to use for research. It is so
convenient to have the land records on computer. I constantly use it to
research names, sales, etc. Much quicker than using the card system. The
system prints all the cards. We print a separate index as we complete each
book. Any questions, call me at 434-2221. Velma Godfrey
