Good morning,

Would you mind telling us how your hospitals identify in-patients who have
allergy problems?  As far as I know, some may print it on a ring for
in-patients to carry; some may put a big label in patient's beds; and some
may ask these patients to carry an allergy card themselves.

Also, do you have any protocols/guidelines for anaphylaxis?
