Our reference staff is examining the statistics we keep. We are asking
other similar libraries for some input. What statistics do you keep? Is it
possible to fax a paper copy of the types of stats your library maintains?
Do you maintain a paper copy only, paper and electronic, or electronic
only? Secondly, how are your stats used? Administrative justification only
or AAHSLD only or both?  Any input would be of use. I will be happy to
share information with all those interested. We are having a follow-up
meeting (and probably many more if today's lively discussion was any
indication :-)) on Nov. 17 so would appreciate a response by then. Our fax
