This certainly sounds good. One thing to look for though: If is
is waterproof, it should say so. After browsing extensively, I have
found that items which are waterproof or water resistant always say so
in big bold print somewhere on the tags. Also, if you can fit several
layers under it, I wouldn't worry about keeping warm. If you truly can
return it 'anytime', it is probably a good idea to test it and see. If
you get wet or cold, I say return it and shop for something better.
Otherwise, you got away with a good deal!
