While I fully understand, and share, your frustration with the Executives
not informing the Senate of stipend adjustments, I would urge you to
separate their actions (or, non-actions as the case may be) from those of
the President. I personally do not believe that the professional
indiscretions are on the same level, and as such, they may deserve a
different level of consideration. I am also hesitant to initiate any sort
of official censure against members of the exec. who didn't inform us of
something they were not bound in any way to inform us of.
