Below is a Revised Version of my resolution. I have spoken with Sydney and she and I will present this together, nulling the previous memo you all received from her. We are open to any suggestions regarding this resolution. We will be in the office from 10 until noon Tuesday morning where I hope to speak with Andrew, Jen and Binh and anyone else with feelings about this. Questions I am specifically seeking answers to. Is Jen worthy of censure? More broadly, is just receiving the stipend increase and not informing senate about it an offense which merits censure? Did Andrew have the responsibility to inform the Senate of Binh's misappropriation of funds "within a reasonable amount of time"? I would like anyone with the time to draft their opinion on this matter as I know Sen. Turi is so that we can assemble a packet before the meeting. If your memos in my box during the day, I will copy them and put them either in the boxes or at the meeting.
Anyone who read Chris Allen's concerns and my response knows mostly why I feel this way. I hope that anyone with strong feelings let's me know before the meeting. I take this resolution very seriously, I am a very concerned with it's implications, but I do realize that many of you may see this differently.
Note that this revision includes the actual percentage increase for each person, some grammatical corrections, and a corrected reference the actual previously approved amounts of $100 and $115, for treasurer and vp, respectively.
I will see you all at the holiday party that Sally is putting together tomorrow night.
