Sounds like your salary ranges are very reasonable, however... your list
does not indicated that experience will advance you through the salary
ranges! Is it based solely on credentials??

Have you considered per diem workers. Even though those workers are paid at
a higher rate it can be cost effective since you do not have to pay for
benefits, vacation time and only use them for the busiest days.

Is there additional compensation for on-call time? Is that reasonable??

I would like to know what the going rate for on-call work is. I have used
$1.50 - $2.50 per hour and then 2 hours of hourly rate when a tech gets
called in. I believe it is a lot to ask of a technologist to give up an
entire weekend for $90.00 - $160.00 minus taxes.
