Thanks for your reply. I believe this is a good example of a false-negative
using veloxity ranges for calculating severity of stenosis ONLY. Yes, I too
believe that the change in patient condition (heart problems discussed before)
caused the decrease in velocity. I know I will include the ICA/CCA ratios as
well as the velocities from now on in determining hemodynamically significant
lesoins. As one says in the world of Physics, "It's all relative."
