hi gang...

okay, this is how we might approach the whole H for H fund-raising --

as far as a timeline goes for the next 2 1/2 months --

Early March: Make H for H presentations to South
Burlington School District, SGA, and possible other departments and
organizations. We can use Darren's photos, Fred's slides, the Partners'
house blueprint for these (as well as other materials that we can get)
Mid/Late March: Organic Groove Farmers Concert and raffle.
This gives time to plan logistics of the concert and to gather tangible
prizes for the raffle.
Mid April: H for H Carwash
Late April: Earthday; incorporate promotional H for H
video into Earthday events for presentation to groups on campus, S.
Burlington school district, etc (Darren will be back from his March trip
to Honduras by then and may have footage that we can use).

okay, so this is a very tentative fundraising schedule which basically
molds our efforts into four committees (presentations,
concert/raffle, carwash, and Earthday) which different groups can then
work on. at the Sunday meeting we can discuss whether this sounds like a viable
plan and who would like to work on which committees but i thought i'd
run this by you all first...

have a good weekend! sarah
