Jeff asked me to tell you that the mediation on the 7th has been
rescheduled at 4:30pm per Mike's request.
On the matter of using the LISTSERV to communicate and it's parameters,
John Nelson of DOE  will be sending us a copy of an opinion by Bill Reedy
written for the State Board of Education with a few attachments.  I will
see that you receive copies.  RB
