Hi everyone.

I have sad - and exciting - news.  My Director of Elections, Ellen
Tofferi, has been appointed Deputy Commissioner of the
Department of Taxes.  It is a wonderful opportunity for Ellen, and it
will allow her to use her considerable talents to serve the people of
Vermont in a new capacity.  We will sorely miss her!!

During the transition I may be calling on all of you for help from
time to time!
