My Surgeons follow severe (60-79% asymptomatic) usually every 6 mos.
with instructions to notify us in the presence of symptoms in the
interim.
On occasion, if we feel they are closer to the 79% end of the spectrum as
opposed to the 60%, then they may have them come back sooner, say in 4
mos.
