Check Rutherford's Vascular Surgery text; has about two dozen entries on F.D.
The fourth edition is in two volumes, weighs a ton, costs around $300.00 by
the time they ship it via Huey helicopter or something, but pretty
essential. Make your lab buy it for its library.
