There is no such animal. ALL insufficiency examinations are labor
intensive. Unless of course you simply want to know if the deep system vs
superficial system is grossly competent. However, to use the exam as a
preop assessment with data involving perforators etc. requires time and
effort. Don't believe everything you hear at meetings, particularly if the
information about the ease of the test is being relayed by MD's. Ask the
people in the trenches.
