There wa aa very strong item in - I think - NEJM within the past month on
this topic.  It had to do with two heart surgeons in Calif who develop
special instruments and a technique, then opened a corporation, sold
stock, offered classes, etc.  I think the Dateline program featured a
physician from Boston, but the NEJM mentioned others doing it and that
the oriocedure has not been tfully tested or "approved" -
