First of all, MEDLIB-L supposedly does not permit people to post file
attachments to the list. People ignore this, and since the list has not
been policed rigorously, they get away with it.

Second of all, why would you want to download something that you didn't
ask for, just to take a look at it, to take a chance on infecting your
computer with a virus??  "computer savvy" people ignore the file
attachments and delete ASAP, if our antivirus programs haven't already
done it for us.
