One of the dept. heads in this small community hospital (100-199 bed
license) asked me to put out a query regarding implementing change in a
hospital department, in this case the psych. unit.

What I believe she is seeking are formal hospital change models, and perhaps
less formally, ways of dealing with the impact of change on staff and
patients.

I'm new to this field, so I'm not certain how much might be available in
terms of written procedures/policy. Please let me know whether you have any
information regarding this request.

Thanks!
