We're still in index books here, but I thought I would answer your second
question. I am not expected to serve as clerk on any boards except of
course the BCA, but I have been appointed as the secretary to the
Selectboard as well as their Administrative Assistant. I do that work
outside of my clerk/treas hours and am paid by the hour for it. Our
Planning Commission has elected a secretary from within their ranks to take
minutes. I am lucky here - we all get along and try to help one another as
best we can while still respecting each others duties. I also feel that I
am new at this and I'm very happy that we have this network to discuss
municipal matters. Naomi, Vershire C/T
