Today we held the first meeting of the Bianchi study committee.  Our next
meeting is scheduled for September 15, 1999.

This request is to all Town Clerks and Planners.  Please submit a copy of
the Memorandum of Municipal Action which your Town is recording in the Town
Clerk's office to me at the following address:

Also, any "best practices" that your Town may utilize regarding Bianchi.

We are also looking for a summary of what costs (i.e. labor, materials
etc.) that Bianchi has incurred in your offices.  Your replies prior to the
Sept. 15th meeting would be most beneficial to our committee.  Thankin you
