Hi from Hinesburg
We have all our cards filed chronologically with the rods
to keep them secure - (that way no one can remove them)
We file all liens, deeds , warr & mtg, that way
Also, the only board I take minutes for are the BCA
and the Board of Abatement.
Selectboard has their own secretary
Zoning, Planning have their own also
