Friends,
I'm "forwarding" the following message, because Jon's try was
rebuffed by the listserve. --George
Dear List-
This morning as the heat wave broke, we began to clean out our
basement. Reminded me that
I have boxes and boxes of Science for the People magazines and
publications. At this point, I have
several boxes that contain near complete collections of the magazines.
A few years ago, a graduate
student in the History of Science arranged for me to give a complete set
plus a lot of the papers of
the organization to a library (I believe the Dibner Library) at MIT. I
believe I have given away 1 or
2 other sets.
At any rate, before we decide to throw everything away (before
the next heat wave), if there's
anyone who would like one of these sets, please let me know.
While I'm at it, I thought I would attach some of things I
(often with Joe Alper) have been
writing in the last few years. We still work in the Genetic Screening
Study Group which is the
successor to the Sociobiology Study Group.
